When you think about the future of the VIC, what uses, spaces or services would make it a place you’d visit more often and feel connected to? As well as providing Visitor Information the Penguin VIC is an important community hub for Council services, local history and Penguin-themed retail. This redevelopment is a chance to think more broadly about what the community needs, and what other services or spaces could be added to benefit locals and visitors alike. We’re keen to hear your ideas. Maybe it’s flexible meeting rooms, a small cultural or exhibition space, or something entirely different. The goal is to shape a centre that reflects Penguin’s identity while supporting the town’s growth. What other uses would you like to see either within or adjacent to the VIC?
