About

The Dial Range Public Toilet and MTB Washdown Facility is a key infrastructure initiative by Central Coast Council, designed to support eco-friendly recreation in the Dial Range. It stems from the Dial Range Recreation Management Plan and aims to enhance the visitor experience for bushwalkers, families, and mountain bikers.

Key Works Include:

  • Construction of an eco-friendly toilet facility.
  • Installation of a mountain bike servicing and washdown station, including a boot cleaning station.
  • Bike repair station.
  • New accessible car park at Montgomery Road: The car park is a critical part of the project, funded by Council and designed to be accessible and integrated with the new facilities.

What’s Happening:

  • Car Park Disruptions: There will be some disruptions to car park availability early in the project due to the use of larger machinery and material deliveries. Council apologises for any inconvenience and will provide updates on car park changes throughout the project.
  • Traffic Management: There will be no changes to road usage during early stages of project. Council will provide further updates if temporary road use changes are required during the project.
